He has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in the State Courts of Ohio and Oklahoma and in the United States District Court-District of Arizona.

He is a charter member of the Northern District of Texas Criminal Justice Panel Act, and is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association; Family Law Section; Solo and Small Firm Section; Criminal Section; Civil Section; Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association; Denton County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association; Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.  Rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters;

Some of his reported cases include Donoho v. State, 643 S.W.2d 698 (1982); Brownwood Regional Hospital v. McCown,  927 S.W.2d 1 (1996); Shults v. State, 696 S.W.2d 126 (1985); Irving Healthcare System v. Brooks, 927. S.W. 2d 12 (1996); Nobby Lobby, Inc. v. City of Dallas, 970 F.2d 82 (1992).

As a demonstration of his civic and community involvement, Frank is currently serving his second term as a Trustee of one of the State of Texas largest recognized School Districts, the Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District.  He also served as the Chairman of the Farmers Branch School Community Relations Committee, the Farmers Branch Educational Task Force and as Co-Chairman of the City of Farmers Branch 50th Anniversary Celebration Committee.

He is married to Susan, and they are the very proud parents of three sons, each of whom attended Janie Stark Elementary, Vivian Field Middle School and R.L. Turner High School.

Frank's daily regiment includes approximately one hour of exercise, eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables, reading and riding his bike (with a helmet).

His bike riding has caused his golf game to suffer, causing him to leave the ranks of single digit handicappers.  He also no longer "plies his trade" on the sidelines of the hard court, although he does plan to return to coaching the sport he loves, sometime in the future.

He also relishes the party held annually on the second to the last Saturday before Labor Day, to reflect upon the successful completion of another Hotter 'N Hell Bike ride.  He hopes to see you in Wichita Falls next year!
